In this administrative role, you begin your day by answering phone calls and assisting customers with their service needs. You monitor incoming emails and provide prompt responses to ensure efficient communication. As the day progresses, you handle data entry tasks, process work orders for billing, and assist in dispatching service technicians. Your collaborative efforts with the operations and office managers keep the daily operations running smoothly in a relaxed, small business environment.


  • 2+ years of experience in an office setting
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (or a similar accounting software), Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation

Preferred qualifications include experience in a construction or equipment service company.


This is a full-time administrative position with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
