· Coordinate all design development and approval processes to ensure they align with project requirements and standards.

· Monitor and enforce adherence to the agreed-upon schedule for design development and shop drawings with subcontractors, ensuring timely progress.

· Review contract documents and provide technical expertise to the project manager on matters affecting construction, including technical methodologies and their impact on time and cost.

· Prepare and manage technical queries, addressing them with the client and consultants to ensure clarity and resolution.

· Assist in the preparation of method statements and procedures related to construction, both structural and architectural, offering technical insights and features for work aspects.

· Coordinate the approval of drawings and take responsibility for distributing approved drawings for construction to relevant site personnel.

· Collaborate with site engineers to ensure that all work execution meets the required quality and safety standards. Resolve technical issues across all trades promptly.

· Support the project manager in overseeing subcontractor works, identifying and addressing any technical deviations as they arise.
