We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing insights. The Data Analyst will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs, develop reports and dashboards, and identify trends. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely.
Responsibilities

Assist the Tech Strategy and Local Content team with setting up, scheduling, and monitoring community content on Optik TV.

Meet with clients to set up their live-streaming broadcast environment.

Provide data analysis and standard reporting on viewership and other metrics.

Report and effectively communicate potential risks/effects to management and business customer base.

Interface with management, users, and information technology professionals to solve complex business problems.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout feature and application development.
Project Details
-
The successful candidate will be assisting with compiling event schedules into excel, as well as collecting and manipulating images to be used on the STB.

Validating live streams via Optik TV STB, as well as leveraging the scheduling tool to schedule live-streaming events.
Must-have Skills
-
3+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst.
-
3+ years’ experience with data extraction from various source systems and data stores such as Excel.

Ability to provide data analysis and standard reporting support.

Ability to perform impact analysis on proposed changes evaluating potential impacts on data, applications, and reporting and effectively communicating potential risks/effects to supported business customer base.

Ability to interface with management, users, and information technology professionals to solve complex business problems.
-
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Python, Excel, Looker, and New Relic.
Nice to Have Skills

Experience with Optik TV platform
-
Knowledge of Livestream platforms/tools (OBS, Restream, etc)

Experience with Splunk

Basic video and image editing skills
