Job Description Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise a maintenance team to make sure all maintenance activities are completed in a manner that complies with all Company policies and standard rules & regulations.
Ensure utility maintenance by organizing proper spares and preventive maintenance by support of technical supervisor.
Ensure the maximum the equipment / machinery availability.
Direct maintenance personnel and oversee the upkeep of equipment and supplies for your shift.
Interpret, delegate, and execute the daily preventive maintenance schedule.
Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
Communicate effectively with employees, production, quality, management and other team members.
Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.
Make sure the team follow the workplace safety and health instructions and procedures.
Ensure any injury, illness, unsafe acts or conditions are reported and inspected as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
B.E in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
7 years of work experience in FMCG company, preferably in Bottling Lines
Working experience within the UAE or GCC countries, understanding of the Bottled Water Industry (Krones, Sidel, KHS, SMI)
The Knowledge of machinery operation and optimum utilization of resources. Well versed with ERP software such as Oracle, SAP
The knowledge of how to operate & maintain European/Italy made factories/machineries.
Drive for results, Problem solving & planning & organizing, MS Office
Skills on reducing problems/machinery failure before the occurred and innovate creative solutions.
